Natural Abalone – is wild fish processed in a unique way to enrich flavour, texture and shape. While this abalone species is naturally black in pigmentation created through the organic-rich seaweed it consumes, our process has stabilised any discolouring effect so it can fit with a broad range of culinary applications. The algae essence is a character taste element that sets our product apart from other wild black-foot abalone.
Queen Abalone– another wild species of abalone that is naturally white and gold. Small and tough by nature from enduring harsh coastal conditions, we’ve applied processing know-how to tenderise and preserve its natural light flavour.
Braised Abalone – this item combines our unique Natural Abalone process with a Hong Kong style sauce. We’ve created a sauce that has a depth of flavour that gives a lasting impression. Natural ingredients sourced from around the globe enabled us to create a fine-dining restaurant quality experience in a convenient form.
